Compensation: starting at $60,000, based on experience, skills, and candidate profile.
The Role. A position of trust and impact
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Operations holds a central and structuring role within the organization. This position is not about simply executing plans. You are responsible for designing, deciding, arbitrating, and delivering.
The Director of Operations turns strategic vision into on-the-ground reality, takes ownership of critical decisions, and structures the organization’s current and future operations.
This role is intended for an experienced, autonomous, professional, and driven individual who wants to have a real and lasting impact on large-scale events.
